Request to Delete Your Data
In accordance with our commitment to user privacy and Google Play Console policies, you can request the permanent deletion of your Rooms account and all associated data.
What data will be removed?
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your personal profile (Name, Email, Phone).
- Your booking and reservation history.
- Your support messages and chat histories.
- Your reviews and ratings (optionally anonymized or deleted).
- Your authentication credentials.
How to submit a request
You can delete your account directly inside the Rooms App by navigating to Profile / Settings > Delete Account.
Alternatively, you can submit a deletion request using the secure web form below. Please provide the email address associated with your Rooms account.
Note: We will process your request within 48-72 hours. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
